Requirements
3+ years of software development experience with some combination of backend/APIs and frontend technology
Strong understanding of software engineering practices and principles, especially relating to mobile products
Experience with popular frontend frameworks (React, Gatsby, or similar) and running websites in production (grunt, webpack, and similar)
Database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Designing solutions with scalability, availability, reliability, stability, security, and performance in mind
Working closely with product, design, and other engineers to produce efficient and effective code/product features
Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment — you must be able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale while considering and evaluating feedback from teammates.
Evangelizing new ideas and technologies
An enthusiasm for learning and pursuing opportunities to develop existing and new skills
