Our goal is to be the ultimate collaboration tool for artists, content creators and professionals working in the creative fields.
Based in Hollywood, CA and founded by veterans in the tech and entertainment industry.
FYI is searching for interns to assist the product team with quality assurance (QA) testing for our IOS, iPad, Mac and Android apps.
Ideal candidates will help to identify bugs within the app, contribute to bug reports, assist with troubleshooting issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This is a 6-month internship.
Exact start/end dates can be flexible.
Interns must be able to work in person at our office in Hollywood, CA for 25-30 hours per week.
Interns must be able to come in during regularly scheduled shifts any time between 10am-6pm, Tuesday through Friday.
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
· Assist the product and engineering team in daily software testing, finding bugs and other issues, in order to maintain excellent product quality
· Document app bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner
· Communicate to engineers on how to reproduce bugs
· Use the FYI app and become knowledgeable in all its features
· Update and contribute to testing documents
· Learn how to use JIRA, Xcode, and Android Studio to document, debug and track software issues
· Attend team meetings or functions
· Help with other office tasks as needed
*Requirements and Qualifications:*
· Must have access to an iPhone or Android phone plus a laptop for product testing.
· High school degree or equivalent; enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
· Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-directed and able to work independently if needed.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Tech savvy with analytical mindset.
· Collaborative, team player attitude.
· Interest in technology, app or product development.
· Coding/engineering experience not required but helpful.

Pay: $16.
