The ideal Solutions Architect (SA) must be a hungry self-starter with a proven track record in sales, technical solution design, presentation, and delivery.
They must enjoy leveraging their creativity to extend ServiceTitan’s capabilities via integrations and workflow automation solutions.
Must be able to explain complex information and concepts in simple-to-understand and practical business contexts.
The candidate will be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales and implementation obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally verbally and in written communication to internal and external stakeholders.
They must be a ‘connector’ consulting stakeholders across Revenue, R&D, Business Development, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
What you'll do: Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to support complex sales cycles by designing and presenting custom integration and workflow automation solutions based on a solid understanding of the client’s business processes, workflows, and technical requirements Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers if customers are compatible with the recommended product, features, integrations, and/or custom solution Support the implementation team on solution delivery and help address client escalations Create clear documentation of technical solutions, including integration design patterns, workflow automation configuration setup, and approach for delivery to the customer and internal customer success teams Maintain and update documentation supporting technical solutions that work around or extend current product capabilities.
Ensure documents are publicly accessible to all relevant parties Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based on a deep knowledge of ServiceTitan’s software and the advantages of our product versus the competition Consult Business Development team on best practice integration patterns and API questions, helping scale our integration marketplace offering Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Collaborate with R&D teams to share insights from the field on enhancements to our APIs and other relevant functionality to improve customer experience and outcomes Document product gap data and share it with key stakeholders in R&D Be the subject matter expert on any product updates and/or releases to address any potential implications for business owners What you'll need: 4-6 years experience in a Solutions Engineering or Architect Type Role Experience building, delivering, and maintaining Integrations Strong knowledge of APIs and Integration Patterns Strong knowledge of Workflow Automation Tooling Proven track record of success at previous companies Experience and familiarity with our products and line of business a plus Be Human With Us: Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $130,000 USD - $148,000 USD + commissions.
Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process.
Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
