Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Analyst 1 to join our team on a contracted basis.
The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and evaluation of the Maynard Academy's Life Skills and Financial Literacy courses in collaboration with the Department of Youth Development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of program objectives, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the goals of the Maynard Academy and the Department of Youth Development.
* Collaborate with program stakeholders to identify and address areas for improvement in curriculum design, delivery, and assessment.
* Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of program components, including student outcomes and program impact.
* Collect and analyze data to track program performance, monitor progress towards goals, and identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate program findings, recommendations, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the coordination of program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant recruitment and engagement.
* Provide administrative support as needed, including managing documentation, maintaining databases, and coordinating meetings and events.
* Stay informed about developments in youth development, education, and financial literacy to inform program planning and decision-making.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in program coordination, evaluation, or analysis preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools and software preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Program Coordinator [s] will report to the Program Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support the success of the Maynard Academy Life Skills and Financial Literacy courses.
