Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issue
-Install, config
-Ensure system are properly functioning and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and GPO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Proficiency in computer networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira for issue tracking and resolution
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and network administration
- Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for system configuration management
- Knowledge of Meraki or similar network management tools is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
