*Responsibilities:*
As the Software Developer I, you will be responsible for:
* *Strategic Technology Leadership:*
* Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
* Work with the technology team to contribute to the design and execution of innovative solutions.
* *Object-Oriented Development:*
* Bring 3 years of experience in object-oriented development, demonstrating the ability to contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
* *Programming Expertise:*
* Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages, with a primary focus on Python.
Familiarity with C and C++ is a plus.
* Utilize programming skills to contribute to the development of robust and scalable software solutions.
* *Professional Service Work Skills:*
* Possess good professional service work skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
* Contribute to fostering a culture of customer-centricity and ensuring technology solutions align with client needs.
* *ML/Natural Language Programming:*
* Assist in leveraging expertise in machine learning and natural language programming to enhance our products and services.
* Stay informed about industry trends and contribute ideas for innovative solutions.
* *DevOps Oversight:*
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices to enhance development, testing, and deployment processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between development and operations.
*Qualifications:*
* Demonstrated experience in a technical role, with a focus on technology leadership.
* 3 years of experience in object-oriented development.
* Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C and C++ is a plus.
* Basic professional service work skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
* Exposure to machine learning and natural language programming.
* Understanding of DevOps practices and a willingness to learn and contribute.
