*Position: 230137 - Project Support Analyst* *Location: Hybrid - must be local to the Los Angeles area (in office 1xweek)* *Responsibilities:* · Collaborate with projects wanting to leverage the grid data center environment to host their systems, facilitate and lead the GDC Intake process from initiation to completion of the intake process to include projects schedule review, prioritization, and dependencies · Coordinate between stakeholders’ priorities and client project timelines– provide status (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) to leadership on incoming projects for Grid Data Center Intake.
· Update and Manage the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions Log) for Grid Computing Organization.
· Support Build, Configuration, Technical Design Review Committee (TDRC) and Document review meetings for the various projects.
· Facilitate the TDRC Environmental Design Specification (EDS) documents for approvals and send communication out to the TDRC members, impacted groups, and managers.
· Capture Key discussion points, decisions made and action items, and disseminate data to distribute to the appropriate audience.
· Support client Administrative Procurement Tracking Activities gathering all required documentation and submit procurement requests - Material Order and Tracking including Confirmed costs are identified in the forecast, track PO status with Material Ordering Group, receipting of procurement activities Grid Data Center Material database with pertinent vendor information, purchase order numbers and other required material order information to continually keep track of what is being installed into the Grid Data Centers · Manage and Update Project, Portfolio & Workflow System (PPW) for capturing all project assignments coming to GDC, support metrics identified for management review.
· Create and update the project specific SharePoint site/repository with new developments i.
e.
, track dependencies and prioritization for incoming projects.
· Collect and store project artifacts to ensure reliable data and documentation is available to compute, network, and cybersecurity teams for build activities.
*Required Skills*: · Minimum of Five (5) years of experience creating and maintaining records, logs, documents, files, or databases for use in monitoring, tracking, and trending program/project costs, budget and production variance, resources, schedules, and status for management with attention to detail.
· Demonstrate experience in building reports, analyzing, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity with the ability to derive insights from data collected, using Microsoft Office Suite tools; Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charting), Word, PowerPoint, Access, and/or other databases.
· Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous improvement of processes.
· Experience performing risk analysis, gathering documents, and researching data on assigned topics, using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources.
· Experience for verifying, analyzing, and updating information, generating reports for material tracking using SAP transactional codes for procurement and financial activities.
· Experience working in Remedy creating and submitting access requests and tech consults.
