I am a holistic Esthetician, Massage Therapist and Sound Therapy practitioner and I have a part time sublease opportunity for someone looking for a space a minimum of 2 days each week (maximum 3 days may be available).

Due to this being a shared space, I'll only be considering someone who has a sense of cleanliness and respects the treatment room space and others working within the collective.
THE SPACE | located on the second floor of a newly renovated building space and within a wellness collective of 15+ practitioners.
You will have access to a kitchen/break area, rooftop patio/indoor studio (additional cost) for workshops or classes, complimentary utilities including wifi, water for your guests and a community of other wellness practitioners to meet and network with.
THE TREATMENT ROOM | fully decorated with natural elements and inclusive of a massage table, rolling saddle stool, hot towel cabby, incense and sage burnables, Amazon speaker and professional Glamcor lighting system -- all which you are free to use.
2 storage drawers can be offered if needed.
You will provide all your own linens and supplies and provide proof of any necessary licensing and insurance.
PARKING | The space is located on the border of Marina del Rey and Venice, just west of Lincoln Blvd with free neighborhood street parking.
RENTAL RATE | Available February 1st - Starting rate will be set at $130/day with a 3 month commitment to start and a minimum of 2 days each week.
Days are semi flexible, let's chat! Rent will be due in full on the 1st of each month.
Rental will include key code entry and access between 8a-8p should you choose.
