Hi looking for someone trust worthy, nice, takes care of space to share a space with me.
I can't not focus on two spaces anymore.
Its two floors.
I will be downstairs.
I host/rent space for events downstairs so if this will be an issue then maybe not space for you.
But events usually happen at night from 8-6am hours on friday/saturdays .
So hoping your business or your usage of space will be before these hours on these days.
I also get events on sunday nights from 11pm-6am.
rarely any on weekdays.

You'll be using space upstairs but keep in mind you will have to walk through my space to get to your space.
(so if i have an event just message me so I can message people that you'll be walking through their event.
) I will also let you know when an event will happen.
again only happens on fridays/satruday nights and sunday nights.

I get those week days inquiry like once a month.
