Part gallery, part private studios, part makerspace, this place is gorgeous already — and we’ve barely scratched the surface of its true potential.

🔸THE CONTRACT.
🔸 - Month-to-month contract - Available March (early move in A-OK!) - Access from 7am to 2am (late/early access available upon request) - WORK ONLY in the gallery (live/work lofts available upstairs… but that’s a different post) This place is designed for artists, fashion designers, jewelry makers, painters, small creative businesses, tinkerers, writers, software devs, and anyone who appreciates great community and a clean, classy place to work in.
