Fruit Prep

Responsibilities: - Use cutting tools and equipment to accurately cut and portion food items for daily use - Follow portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with other food preparation tasks as needed -Additional tasks may be given including * Cleaning resturant * Assisting with operations * Working alongside our owners/ be given individual tasks Qualifications: - Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred, but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food portioning - Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions - Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices At our company, we value teamwork, attention to detail, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
