Spa Front Desk Receptionist

A beautiful, two location authentic Thai day spa, seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at our Silverlake location.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Greeting guests with a wonderful attitude - Answering phones - Booking appointments - Maintaining knowledge of/up-selling spa services & products - Laundry -Able to lift over 35 pounds - *Diligent Cleaning fo sanitation and safety* - Accurate use of POS system MINDBODY (cash handling, etc.
) - Selling and educating guests on Retail - Opening & closing duties Applicant Must have the following qualities: - Have a positive/can-do attitude - Detail-oriented - Well-groomed - Have an outstanding communication style - Passionate about healing & Wellness - MUST be able to work VARIOUS shifts, nights, weekends & holidays (we are open on most major holidays) - MUST be FLEXIBLE to go to another location to cover, if needed, and RELIABLE (we are open 10am until 9 pm daily) - Have reliable transportation & live in reasonable proximity - Have a valid Driver's License Additional Compensation: starting $17 hr plus * 10% retail commission in items sold * Monetary Contests * Store and spa employee discounts * PTO Please send your resume.
