*Job Summary*
Jurassic Magic is looking to bring on a new member to our growing team! We’re looking for an experienced barista with an enthusiastic attitude and great customer service skills.
We believe in providing superb coffee with wonderful service, so attention to detail whilst multitasking is an absolute must.
*Essential Functions:*
● Maintain a complete understanding of our values and standards
● Immediately greet all customers when they walk in the door
● Provide friendly, prompt, efficient, and personal service to each customer
● Create a rapport with our regular customers
● Display confidence and seek to constantly improve your skills in all aspects of daily coffee bar operations, including but not limited to:
o Coffee brewing and espresso extraction
o Milk steaming and latte art
o Dishwashing and general cleaning
o Handling cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate keeping of your till
o Taking pride in the condition of your workspace
● Be engaging, and knowledgeable about all of our offerings
● Display excellent hospitality to all customers and coworkers
● Communicate with management to solve problems and improve service
● Maintain a sparkling clean bar/front-of-house environment
*Qualifications:*
● Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for coffee, food and service
● Customer service that is executed in a personal and professional manner
● Understanding of coffee shops and specialty retail
● Strong attention to detail and a healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
● Open to suggestions and constantly striving to improve and grow
● Ability to multi-task with ease
● Want to be a part of a team that works hard and wants to do things the right way

● You have availability for weekends
