*Waitress/Waiter*
Servers possess the knowledge of food, cocktails and wine.
This person uplifts the dining experience for members and guests.
We are looking for someone who has a pleasant attitude, strong work ethics and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or issues promptly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

*Busser/Food Runner*
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, honest, flexible, a good communicator, and hard-working.
There is lots of interaction with customers, so being socially adept and efficient is necessary.
Prior busser experience preferred, but not required.
Must be open to weekend work and working on your feet 8+ hours a day.
* Prepares dining room for guests by setting decorations, service plates, and utensils.
* Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
* Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
* Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
* Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors, and removing trash from the facility.

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or rooms
- Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure smooth guest seating
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Assist with guest services and relations as needed
