The HCC Mens Locker Room Attendant will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the HCC Mens Locker Room, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
The Locker Room Attendant will provide lockers, towels, shoe service and other amenities both in the locker room and on the golf course.
An important part of the sequence of service for guests of members arriving to play golf, the Locker Room Attendant will ensure that the locker room meets Club standards for luxury, service and cleanliness.
The Locker Room Attendant will be a welcoming and helpful presence, efficient and detail oriented, always professional and courteous.
The Attendant will take pride in his work, be efficient and detail oriented.
Unobtrusive, but always there when needed, the Locker Room Attendant will ensure the HCC locker room is among the most comfortable places in the Club.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work safely with cleaning chemicals and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push and pull up to 100lbs.
Position Qualifications:
A minimum of two years experience which includes dealing with customers, similar luxury environment preferred
Strong English language skills to ensure quality communication with management, team members, club members and guests
Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism to ensure polite, professional and caring interaction with members and guests
A track record of discretion and sensitivity in attending to customer needs
Able to follow verbal and written instructions to ensure consistent service
Organization skills to ensure all pertinent materials and information are consistently recorded, stored and filed the same way every time so that handoff among team members is smooth and no detail is forgotten
Possessing the highest level of work ethic, integrity and team work
Adaptable to changing circumstances, flexing and changing as needed under challenging circumstances
Previous experience in a similar luxury environment, CPR Certified preferred
Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
