Caregiver/Personal Assistant

Our goal is to provide an environment with people who enjoy the company of the client and are respectful and kind.
On outings entrance fees are paid by the client for both the caregiver and client.
The caregiver is resposible for your own meals while in the community but is invited to meals in the home during meal time for Lunch and dinner.
If you and the client eat out you each pay for your own meal.
This position is for a specific client who lives in Malibu and works in west LA on Saturdays.
the drive is 8 miles from the end of the 10 and PCH (Mclure tunnel) The hours would be Fridays from 4:00-8:00, Saturdays 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM with breaks.
and Sunday Flexable and sometimes not needed.
The client is a 40 year old joyful woman who has Cerbral Palsy and does require bathing, and is incontenent (uses a diaper) She is 110 pounds and the family has all the equiptment required.
She is a movie buff, loves social activities in the community and is very kind.
The contract may be through Step by Step or her other funding agencies.
Pay is based on skill, and reliability, Joyfullness and kindness, We expect the client to be treated respectfully and with dignity at all times.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $23.
00 - $27.
