Hip Hop and Art Elementary After School Instructor

Job Overview: *Hip Hop and Art* after-school instructor wanted! Class is held Wednesday 2-3pm and Thursday 3-4pm.
Do you have experience working with kids? We are looking for friendly, FUN, and energetic instructors to teach really cool after school classes to kids ages 5-12.
We create unique classes that are fun AND educational.
We provide the lessons, and we need awesome instructors to lead these classes.
Our weekly *1-hr.
classes* are small (can range from 8-14 kids) and take place after school, for 8-14 weeks.
Duties: Lead an 1-hr weekly class to a small group of elementary students.
Qualifications: - Previous experience working with students in an educational setting (e.
g.
, classroom management, tutoring, childcare, daycare) - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - Patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations Please note that this is a paid position.
