_*WE’RE LOOKING FOR*_: _Exactly who Wilde would be drawn to- lively caregivers who are well-versed in current pop culture, video games, music, and more.
As her father, I am striving to find a candidate who can meet her needs for an energetic, agile, and pop culture-savvy caregiver, while also being a fun presence for my daughter.
However, it is crucial for me to find someone with a mature mindset to ensure peace of mind in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as injuries or incidents, so that the caregiver is both capable and resourceful.
I am diving into educational and parental philosophies, so this is fluid.
Wilde's school only goes up to 1st grade (she has completed two years, with this being her final one), prompting me to explore options for the next semester.
I am currently juggling ensuring Wilde acquires fundamental skills like reading, writing, and math while also nurturing her interests.
Personally, I prefer not to impose subjects or activities that do not align with Wilde's passions.
This approach will adapt as Wilde grows, and I am open to further discussions.
We view nannies as professionals and therefore are committed to maintaining clear expectations and boundaries with the aim of setting everyone up for success! Additionally, we are looking for a nanny who:_

Get ready for girl dates, museums, theme parks, etc.
Your admission costs will be assumed of course.

Occasionally, there might be transportation requirements such as taking Wilde to a nearby park for a playdate with a friend.
Overall, I anticipate minimal transportation needs, and if there are any, they would likely be close to our home, like the park just 1.

_*WHAT WE’RE OFFERING*_:
*RATE:*$35 an hour, which amounts to $50,400 annually
*SCHEDULE: *30 hours (5 hours/day, 15-20 hours total) specific days to be determined.
Maybe Monday, Wednesday Friday, however, 30 hours will be guaranteed
