Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

*We’re currently looking for a Part Time Nanny in Marina del Rey.

*A lovely family in Marina del Rey is looking for a Part Time Nanny (20 hrs/week, possibility of more hours in the future) for their sweet 3 month old.
Their new nanny must have infant nanny experience, be warm, engaging, and understand how to support development throughout their little one’s first year (possibly longer).
Both parents work from home, so must be comfortable working closely as a team to provide the best care possible for baby.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* All aspects of infant care
* Age appropriate engagement and interaction
* Working on developmental milestones
* Supporting nursing schedule (taking baby to mom to nurse)
* Tidying up while baby is asleep
* Supporting baby’s sleep schedule (baby is currently contact napping, would love someone with experience in transitioning to independent sleeping)
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* 2+ years of infant care experience
* 1+ year of in-home infant care experience
* Authorized to work in the US
* CPR certified or willing to become certified
* Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
* Bilingual a plus!
* Must be comfortable with family’s Golden Retriever
*Compensation: *Position pays $25-30 per hour and family needs care 20+ hours per week until child is at least 1 year old, possibly longer
