### Job Summary:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
### Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
