Responsibilities:
*Diapering and Personal Care:* Provide thorough and respectful diaper changes, maintaining a hygienic environment.
Assist with dressing and personal care routines for infants and toddlers.
*Lesson Planning and Implementation:* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children aged birth to 2.
Focus on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.
*Environment Management:* Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization within the classroom.
*Parent Collaboration:* Establish open and positive communication with parents and caregivers.
Share information about each child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences.
*Observation and Assessment:* Conduct ongoing observations and assessments to track individual child development.
Use findings to adjust teaching strategies and address individual needs.
*Qualifications:*
* Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* At least 3 Infant/Toddler course units.
* Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood education setting.
* Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for children aged birth to 2 years.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
