Childcare/Housekeeping with room and board (Beverly Hills, CA)

I am helping my niece who recently moved from Brazil to San Diego find work with room and board.
My niece is an American citizen but grew up in Brazil, so her English is limited.
My niece can cook, clean, do laundry, babysit children/pets of all ages, and also has experience teaching beginner piano and violin lessons.
She is a very clean, organized, responsible, polite, and hardworking 21yr old that is a delight to be around.
She is able to drive but does not have a car at the moment.
