Under supervision of the center director, provide direction for curriculum development in ongoing improvement of teaching practices in one or more assigned classrooms.
Maintain program quality, adhering to Title 22 State licensing regulations, Title 5 Exemplary Program Standards and NAEYC Accreditation standards.
Complete children's assessments using Desired Results Developmental Progress (DRDP) and other online assessment tools.
Maintain a healthy indoor and outdoor environment.
Work cooperatively with parents and supervisory staff to coordinate child care program.
Act quickly and appropriately in hazardous situations, providing first aid in emergencies.
