We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kids Club Attendant at our Inglewood location.
The Kids Club Attendant will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for the children of our club members.
Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor children in the Kids Club, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children within the designated age range.
Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, including sanitizing toys and play equipment regularly.
Assists in preparing and maintaining bulletins and flyers for display within Kids Club.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's activities and any relevant concerns.
Enforce club policies and procedures to ensure a secure and positive experience for all children.
Collaborate with other Kids Club Attendants and staff members to coordinate activities and maintain a cohesive environment.
Aid other departments with Housekeeping and Front Desk-Related tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related roles preferred.
CPR certification or a willingness to obtain a CPR certification within 30 days of employment is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and connect with children of varying ages.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Willing and able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to type, use the telephone, and computer.
