*ISANA ACADEMIES* is currently seeking *in person* *PROGRAM LEADERS* *(Jr.
Teachers)* for the 2023- 2024 Expanded Learning Program (after school)
Program Leaders work directly with an assigned class of 20+ students in a TK/K-8th grade school setting.
The Program Leader, or PL, interacts with students as a positive role model, coach, and mentor.
All Program Leaders support the ISANA Mission and Vision through effective implementation of daily enrichment activities and Fun Friday Projects.
PL’s are flexible, coachable, committed, hardworking, professional and enthusiastic within the school ecosystem and towards all stakeholders.
All Program Leaders are teachers in the making and will receive continuous training and development to support and strengthen their capacity as leaders on campus and in todays workforce.
*A Program Leader will:*
* Work with a group of up to 20+ students daily.
* Provide homework assistance and enrichment support.
* Create and lead enrichment lessons plans.
* Utilize technology.
* Create a positive classroom environment.
* Shadow a certified teacher for continuous training.

*Position Details:*
This position is part-time, Monday - Friday, 12:30pm or 2:00pm to 6:15pm.
*Requirements:*
* Must meet academic verification requirements / 48 units of college course work completed in any field or pass a paraprofessional proficiency exam.
* Must be able to complete a background check, upon offer of employment.
* TB test.
* COVID Vaccination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.
98 per hour
