Preschool Teacher assistant

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children - Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Use creative teaching methods to engage children in learning, including hands-on activities and educational games - Incorporate math concepts into daily lessons and activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred - Experience working with children, particularly in a daycare or childcare setting - Knowledge of working with children with autism or other special needs is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment - Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children - Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
