We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team of Kindergarten teachers.
The right candidate will be responsible for teaching basic kindergarten skills, helping students develop positive social skills and maintaining a safe, clean classroom environment.
The successful candidate must have prior experience working with small children, experience with structured learning environments, and the ability to quickly identify potential behavioral issues in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
* Work with children at their individual levels of development.
* Present lessons that address the specific needs of children.
* Work with children on a daily basis.
* Help children develop good behavior and attitude.
* Use a variety of methods to teach pre-reading, reading and writing skills.
* Design lesson plans and activities which are appropriate for all children in the classroom.
* Conduct formal and informal evaluations of children's progress in order to make recommendations to school administrators on the children's educational programs.
