Night Crew

We are looking for two Night Care Workers to prepare small children for their nightly routines at the facility.
This will include engaging in outdoor/indoor play, creating fun arts & crafts activities, preparing & serving dinner, clothing the kids in proper nighttime attire, and keeping an eye on them throughout the night/your shift.
Along with that, you will be expected to maintain a clean and save environment throughout your shift.
CPR, First Aid, and the Online Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training must be current and maintained at all times.
*Responsibilities:* * Employ basic food preparation skills * Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, dance time etc.
) to engage with the children * Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments * Organize sleep, snack, and dinner hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times * Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards *Requirements:* * 6 months experience in a licensed childcare center or comparable group childcare program.
(preferred) * Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods * Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms * Excellent communication and instructional skills * Ability to act as mediator between children * Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable * Certification in child CPR Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
