Toddler Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team.
As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Your role will involve developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and providing a safe and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development - Provide age-appropriate activities to enhance cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development - Foster a love for learning through engaging educational experiences - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with parents/guardians to support each child's individual needs - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior - Plan and supervise outdoor play activities - Ensure the well-being of each child in your care Requirements: - Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning - Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively - At minimum 12 units in early childhood education.
