Office Furniture / Storage / Art Liquidation - All Must Sell to Same B - $35,000 (Los Angeles)

We put our entire office (with 8 employees for an idea of size) in storage for Covid and do not anticipate starting in a new office space with us now working remotely.
We are seeking a start up business looking to set up an office of the same size who can purchase all items including executive desks, conference room table/chairs and storage, televisions, appliances (refrigerator/freezer & microwave), kitchen items including plates, cups, and flatware, along with art work - all of which is name brand designer including Restoration Hardware and West Elm.
Collection includes two Jin-Woo original photographs - one above LAX and one from behind Hollywood sign.
With all of these items in storage, we only have pre-move photos available.
Willing to negotiate covering the cost to move items into your space and can be on site to remove any files in storage that are not applicable to the physical items being purchased.
If you want to see before you buy, storage boxes can be shown at a rate of $75/hr in Santa Fe Springs where they are in a warehouse.
This cost cover the warehouse fee to bring the boxes out, open them, and keep them in the parking lot for viewing/sorting.
