Online StartUp California Real Estate Magazine I’m looking for 1-2 partners, 1 funding and 1 with Subscriber base 100k preferred I believe there is a huge market in California to help real estate agents and brokers to market themselves with an online magazine featuring them weekly and monthly.
Additionally, not just the agents but also their homes, condos and commercial real estate listings can be tagged as a story on New properties up for sale.
We need funding about $120k for the first year for development, content delivery system, and marketing.
This is really a small budget but it’s workable once we start generating monthly revenue from high end realtors and their high end homes they want to bring to market.
We basically showcase these homes in a much better light than just a multiple listing or their own web sites.
