31 year old gardening business - $40,000 (El Segundo/Westchester)

$4500 monthly yard service income.
51 accounts in El Segundo and 1 large account in Westchester.
Will be retiring in February or possibly sooner for the right buyer.
With accounts there are other jobs by request of customers from time to time.
Planting, fertilizing, seeding, tree trimming, clean-ups, etc.
which will increase the monthly income.
I work alone and usually work around 35 hours weekly.
