* In addition to standard outlets, each studio will have one outlet with a dedicated breaker so that you can run an AC unit.
And we’ve installed a radiant barrier on the ceiling to insulate the studios from heat and cold.
* Rent includes all utilities, Wifi, and a gated parking lot.
* A one-month deposit is required.
