Job Title: Home Care Marketing Representative (Traveling)(Remote in Los Angeles County only)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Marketing Representative to join our team.
As a Traveling Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our home care services to various healthcare facilities, with a primary focus on attracting private care clients.
Your knowledge and expertise in working with MediCal insurances and other major health insurances will be crucial to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to attract private care clients for our home care services.
2.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and senior care centers, to generate referrals.
3.
Conduct presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals about the benefits and scope of our home care services.
4.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop tailored marketing strategies to meet their needs.
5.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in insurance regulations to effectively communicate our services' advantages to potential clients.
6.
Coordinate and participate in healthcare events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the visibility and credibility of our home care agency.
7.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
8.
Collect and analyze data on client preferences and market demands to refine marketing strategies and increase client acquisition.
9.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between clients, healthcare facilities, and our home care agency.
10.
Travel extensively to visit healthcare facilities, attend events, and meet with potential clients.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry.

In-depth knowledge of MediCal insurances and other major health insurances, including their reimbursement processes and coverage criteria.
3.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and potential clients.

5.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, including frequent travel and varied schedules.
