- We are looking for an Senior Sales Representative to join our team, and work with potential new clients and guide them through our intake process.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will qualify leads through screening calls and emails, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth transition to a full sales cycle.
Responsibilities Conduct intake calls and emails with potential new clients Ask screening questions to determine customer needs and qualifications Schedule appointments between potential clients and sales team members Record and submit customer information into CRM Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming first impression Assist with administrative tasks like preparing reports and correspondence Requirements Proven work experience as an Intake Representative or similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Professional phone and email manner Data entry and organizational skills Sales experience a plus Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience working in a call center environment We are searching for a friendly, professional Intake-Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for potential new clients.
