Your first two sales and ONLY your first two sales are commission only at 100.

After your first two sales you are to go on mandatory hourly plus comm and up to 35 hours a week (20 to 35 hours on the clock); if you fall below that or don't sell enough (you know how it goes).
Most reps do well who follow our simple instructions.
Your FIRST two sales on your cell phone and using an excel sheet of leads we send you by email.
Once you are on hourly you will use a CRM, a kixie dialer (we track your hours with this dialer), and be on the schedule at basically full time.
No part time hours: if you end up working less than 20 hours on the dialer you will be replaced on the spot.
The first step is doing our online training for telemarketing (its free; leads are free: we pay you, but you have to sell and you have to put in the necessary time): THEN you are tested with sample to see if you are following instructions.
If you are, then you are given fresh leads (that are 1.
