Job Description:
Unplugged Performance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tesla Specialist to join our inside sales team in Hawthorne, CA.
The Tesla Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our high-performance upgrades for Tesla vehicles through phone and email outreach, product demonstrations, and excellent customer service.
The Tesla Specialist will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to enhance their Tesla driving experience.
This is a full-time position offering hourly pay plus commission, with the potential for six-figure earnings.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective customers by phone and email to introduce our products and services.
Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet their goals.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, providing product information, and addressing concerns.
Talk to customers on the phone, in person and in public on social media and at events.
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Make 50+ phone calls per day while engaging on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media channels.

Requirements:
Proven inside sales and/or commission sales experience and a track record of success.
Passion for Tesla and the electric vehicle industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends.
