High-end Bespoke Carpet Sales (West Hollywood)

Responsibilities: • The salesperson is responsible for achieving agreed upon quotas, which will be reviewed quarterly.
• Search out new clients by all means available – build relationships, sell product • Schedule appointments and regional trips in an efficient manner • Follow up with phone calls, note cards to new clients, etc.
• Prepare and send out quotes • Timely correspondence with customer via e-mail / telephone.
– all conversations of importance should be documented in writing • Maintain client files physically and in Onedrive • Processing of art, samples, and orders • Timely management of orders in production • Enter all new contacts and inquiring potential clients into our database.
Requirements: • High School diploma, College degree preferred.
Must be able to write with proper grammar, have excellent math skills and be task oriented.
• Two or more years of experience in carpet, fabric or other sales related positions to the interior design trade.
• Ability to close deals and get deposits.
• Ability to manage client’s expectations.
• Computer Skills must include fluency in Microsoft Office 360 programs such as word, excel, one drive and general computer knowledge.
Working knowledge of Photoshop and CAD are a plus.
