RESPONSIBILITIES Essential functions of the job are listed below.

Office Management: Manage office supplies and equipment.
Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls.
Respond to emails and correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors or clients.
Documentation and Filing: Create, maintain, and organize documents and records.
File and retrieve documents as needed.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain and update calendars for executives or teams.
Data Entry: Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems.
Verify the accuracy of data.
Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Organization: Maintain orderly filing systems.
Keep track of deadlines and important dates.
Client and Customer Service: Assist clients or customers with inquiries or requests.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Ability to speak Spanish and English High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in employee benefits administration.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
SKILLS/ABILITIES • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Strong judgment and discretion to work with extremely confidential information.
