Role:
Organized and Tech-savvy Administrative Assistant for public speaker.
11AM-3PM Mon-Thu in Downtown Los Angeles (Part-Time, 16 Hours)
Mission/Purpose:
To efficiently manage and support public speakers’ day-to-day administrative and operational needs, enabling them to focus on their creative work and career growth.

Technical Knowlege Required: Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets, etc.
), Zoom, Instagram and Facebook.
Optional/Useful: Basic photo editing skills and basic video editing skills.
Background:
Administrative experience preferred.
Degree in Marketing or Public Relations useful but not required
Experience in Marketing, PR or Social Media Management useful but not required
Compensation:
$20-$25/hour depending on experience.

Example tasks:
- Organize data, docs, sheets, slides and forms in Google Workspace
- Coordinate appointments and meetings in Google Workspace and Calendar
- Researching venues, industry professionals, festivals, charities, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with freelance hires (photographers, editors, venues, etc.
)
- Utilize and personalize provided pitch emails to venues, festivals, press, etc.
- Make event flyers in Canvas
- Demonstrate discretion in managing confidential information to maintain privacy
- Systematize all tasks and create procedures to keep things organized
- Progress reporting
