POSITION SUMMARY

The Jr.
Business Communications Analyst will focus their day-to-day duties on ensuring the timely delivery of operational reports and presentations.
Additionally, this resource will partner with Department Leadership in the pursuit of our continuous improvement philosophy.
Standard operating procedures, supporting analysis, board room presentations, and other articles supporting any casino related business renovation initiatives will be closely administered for timeliness and effectiveness.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
1.
Responsible for alignment and communication between IMT and the Casino Operation through the use of data products to assess processes and business outcomes.
2.
Engage with business leaders and business intelligence users to understand how data-driven actions to processes, products, services, software, and hardware can optimize efficiencies and delivery added value.
3.
Effectively communicate division-level products and project roadmaps to convey the business significance of each queued project to assist in strategic prioritization.
4.
Effectively communicate the Strategic Financial Plan (SFP) and Annual Financial Plan (AFP) in relation to current projects queued in both IT and DI.
5.
Through collaboration with division leadership, summarizes all strategic initiatives for the monthly president’s report.
6.
Provides administrative and operational support to division leadership in the form of calendar management and document management/preparation.
7.
Creates internal communications, on the corporate and departmental level, to update the business and serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
8.
Oversees the administration of contracts including managing renewals and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
9.
Responsible for organizing training sessions and maintaining training and skills records for the staff.
10.
All other duties as assigned by the Chief Information Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience Required: Demonstrated writing and editing experience in a professional environment.
Familiarity with software development concepts and comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation while working with developers, solution architects and other technical staff.
Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
Education: Four-year degree, or equivalent relatable work experience.
Other Requirements: Expertise with JIRA, GitHub, ServiceNow and Tableau.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $85,000.
