West LA CPA firm is looking for a Bookkeeper Duties & Requirements: • 2 years business management with a CPA or Business Management firm • High volume AP and daily deposits.
• Reconcile cash, balance sheet accounts and journal entries.
• Client interaction experience.
• Tasks or projects assigned by partners and managers.
• Detail oriented and ability to work with multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• AgilLink / Datafaction or similar business management software is a plus.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Seasonal overtime during tax season.
• A bachelor's or associates in accounting or business is a plus • Position is hybrid Firm offers an excellent compensation & benefits package.
