Apogee Electronics, a renowned designer and manufacturer of audio recording products, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper / General Office Assistant.
Based in Santa Monica, CA, you'll play a crucial role in supporting their efficient operations.

What You'll Do:
Manage data entry for accounts payable, billing, and receivables.
Process payments and ensure accuracy.
Review billing statements and invoices for discrepancies.
Assist with mail distribution, phone calls, and other clerical tasks.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform other assigned duties.
What We're Looking For:
Associate degree or equivalent in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proven ability to manage financial records with accuracy.
Excellent data entry skills and a knack for numbers.
Experience with spreadsheets and software.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time
Location: Santa Monica, CA (not remote)
