- Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and track budget performance against targets
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Assist in the coordination of audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (e.
g.
, SOX compliance)
- Experience with accounts receivable and general accounting practices
- Knowledge of tax regulations and implications on financial statements
- Familiarity with private equity or investment management concepts (preferred)
- Basic understanding of wills, trusts, and estate law (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
