Part-time Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a skilled *Part-Time Bookkeeper* to join our team and play a vital role in managing financial transactions for our film, commercial production, and real estate activities.

*Responsibilities:* Record and categorize financial transactions related to film, commercial production, and real estate projects.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare and generate financial reports tailored to specific projects.
Collaborate with the individual/owner to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to budgets.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for upcoming projects.
*Qualifications:* Familiarity with the unique financial aspects of film, commercial production, or real estate businesses is an asset but not necessary.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving financial needs.
