Scope of the Position:
Reporting to the Controller and Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant will be based out of L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, and will assist with daily responsibilities overseeing our California hospitality locations.
Handles all billing, collection, reporting, adjustments, and payments for Accounts Receivable for the property.
Communicates with all departments to ensure proper and timely billing and collection including holding monthly credit meetings.
Maintaining all credit cards including balancing, credits, chargebacks and assisting with write offs.
Prepare all intercompany billing including timely posting, invoicing, and collection.
Responsible for accounts payable and prepares journal entries.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Assist with the year-end financial audit.
Assist night audit team in preparing income audit workbook.
Distribute miscellaneous entries, balance report and taxes.
Post report to accounting system.
Send out daily reporting.
Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualification Standards:
Physical Requirements:Ability to transport up to 20 lbs.
occasionally, sit for extended periods of time, walk, and stand throughout the shift.
Education:High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:1-2 years of finance experience in hospitality is preferred
Grooming:All colleagues must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided).
