We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support.
One of your key responsibilities will be managing the bookkeeping tasks for the company.
This includes tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing clients, and paying expenses.
To accomplish these tasks effectively, it is essential that you have proficiency in QuickBooks.
We cannot teach you accounting or Quickbooks.
Please do not apply if you are no prior bookkeeping or Quickbooks experience.
As the ideal candidate, you have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

You are highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent attention to detail.
*Responsibilities:* Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll using QuickBooks Answer and manage incoming calls and emails Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication Provide accurate and timely information on open sales orders Coordinate with customers and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner Keep detailed records of customer interactions and file documents Screen phone calls and distribute correspondence Source and order office supplies Develop and maintain an organized office filing system *Skills:* Proficient in bookkeeping and QuickBooks Proven customer support or client service experience Experience as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager Strong phone handling and active listening skills Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, or willingness to learn Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to showcase your skills, we encourage you to apply.
