Job Position: Billing Clerk in Transportation
South Bay Auto Auction is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, billing clerk to join our Audit department.
This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, the ability to organize, and excellent communication skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating invoices and credit memos.
Data Entry and Scanning.
Audit data input for the accuracy of the final bill.
Follow up on bills and necessary missing paperwork.
Maintain daily billing reports.
Daily audit of unbilled loads.
Process incoming payments and billings.
Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
Assist with additional clerical functions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Basic computer knowledge.
Quickbooks knowledge.
Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent communication.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated.
Organized.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Previous Automotive experience is a plus.
