Controller (remote but must be in PST or CT)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join a talented team.
You will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the company, assuming full responsibility for overseeing finance and accounting operations.
This entails the meticulous preparation, analysis, and dissemination of consolidated financial statements, as well as comprehensive management of the accounting cycle.
Key duties encompass supervising the general ledger, accounting systems, and functions to ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory mandates.
Additionally, the Controller orchestrates the month-end close process, including the meticulous reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, with a preference for CPA designation and experience within a service industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with leading ERP systems like FinancialForce, NetSuite, and Sage, and the ability to swiftly adapt and learn new software tools are essential.
