```Overview:We are looking for Bookkeeper/ Office Manager someone who has knowledge in tax preparation and bookkeeping.
Professional Financial Solutions is seeking to hire an entry level bookkeeper.
Your job duties will include basic data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other basic bookkeeping functions.

Qualifications:

Full-time availability at 40 hours / week , Mon - Fri

Must be proficient with computers/able to troubleshoot common computer technical issues

Must know Microsoft Excel

Be organized and detail oriented
- Manage the accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, and resolving any issues
- Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes
- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or a similar roll
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances
- Knowledge of tax preparation
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and financial statement analysis
Position Requirement: \*\* 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting --using QuickBooks.
Must have the ability to handle all aspects of accounting functions.
Reconciliations, sales tax, payroll tax, invoicing, month/year end closing, and preparing financial statements.
\*\* The duties also include preparing journal entries, resolving accounting errors, reconciling inter-company allocations, performing payroll reconciliation.
\*\* Strong payroll knowledge is preferred since the candidate must handle payroll.
\*\* He/She would be assisting with preparation of tax returns, payroll and other accounting related projects.
